Spirit says Take a Deep Breath ~ It's All Good!

Not everything is as personal as we might take it within to be. It's important for our emotional health & physical well being to Remember to see the actions of others for what they really are ~ a reflection of what they are feeling on the inside.

At the very least, take a deep breath and kindly release anything that might get flung your way today. Even better, shine some love back to whomever it is that's trying to down your vibes. They could certainly use some good vibes :) Truth is, we can...the more positive vibes the better! So when it's raining...shower yourself & those around you with some Reiki Love!

It's also worthwhile to take note of any hunches, inspirations and synchronicities that arise throughout the day...They are likely to happen during the most unlikely of moments and will resonate deeply throughout your entire being. They will be clearly recognizable and should be listened to...for some of us these are the seeds of future manifestations and for others it is a major boost of nutrition for our "crops."
