What I Learned From My First Presentation of THE GREAT WORK

in truth •  6 years ago  (edited)

Most good people research research research, but they never DO anything with it.

They're scared

Or they don't TRULY care

Last weekend, with the help of a good friend, I put together my first presentation of The Great Work:

Helping others understand:

  • Why our current world condition is one of slavery
  • How it got to be that way
  • How to change it for the better, permanently

I got a great response and am planning on doing it again soon.

I learned a few things that I want to share here:

1. Many are still UNWILLING to take ACTION

I was too. Action is scary. But these fears are largely illusory. And unless we DO something about the worsening conditions, they're just going to get worse. That's the way it is.

After my presentation, a girl came up and thanked me but then told me I should make my presentation more hopeful and uplifting, that it was too intense. I told her I would consider that, but I was ok with how I presented it.

She began explaining in detail how to get people to change for the better, and I told her:

"You already understand this, why don't YOU do it?"

She literally backed away, put her arms in front of her body in an X and said, "Oh, I can't! I'm not confident!" (or insecure, or some other lame excuse, I don't remember specifically the words).

It was a little disheartening. I hope if you're reading this and you understand Natural Law, right and wrong, that you are actually DOING things to help others. Steemit ain't enough. Taking person to person is.

Another audience member wanted to go round and round in circles asking "But can we really know???". Again, a non-factor, a non-entity at this moment.

2. "You've Got Balls"

To his credit, this same guy did say I had "balls" to say this type of stuff. That's the first time anyone has said that to me. It felt good to hear. I'm gaining courage and strength.

3. TRUTH REVERBERATES

I've given speeches before, but I've never seen an audience so enthralled/enraptured/transfixed with what I was saying. This info (which Mark Passio beautifully put together) is POWERFUL!

It's fresh

It's the REAL DEAL

What YOU Can Do Now

I'd recommend Mark Passio's website for a starting place, especially the explanation of the Tarot cards aligning with the Tree of Life aligning with the 7 Chakras, et c.

Mind Blowing

The next speech is planned next week with another planned for the end of May. I'll keep you posted here @mckeever.

No video this time, but I will keep you posted and I appreciate your support!

Thank you for reading this. If enough of us DO something about the state of our inner being, the external side will change as well, as long as we take ACTION:

-Learn about Natural Law and then doing THE GREAT WORK and write about these things yourself

-Resteem this post
-Upvote this post

All the best to you,
Vale!

Good stuff, the only part I disagree with is that we should all be presenting this work in public. Not everyone is a Mark Passio, or has the skills or confidence to present in public. Each one of us has our own creative outlet. Whether it be presenting to an audience, creating music, art, comedy or writing blogs/books. Thomas Paine was very effective and skilled with the pen, and helped boost morale when it was at its lowest during the revolutionary war.

Great post though, I look forward to seeing your presentation - resteemed!

Surely and truly. My point was that they weren't willing (at that time) to do anything. However, it's possible I planted seeds and put the wheels in motion. However, time is of the essence. Thanks for the resteem!

I had to reply, I also started out with that information and what I've learned from it to teach it unto others. I hope this succeeds for you :)

Thanks. I hope it succeeds for all of us :-)

I don't think you can replace religion with tarot, the elites of the world are lying to us, yes, the tarot can predict the future, no, (I don't see any difference between religion and tarot)
