As big fans of the movie, Monsters Inc., and being kids at heart, my husband and I bought this small toy Mikey when we saw it. It's the toy of the green, one eyed Mikey in the movie. We decided this little Mikey would go on vacations with us and have his photo taken in different areas and be the "Adventures of Mikey." We did this a few trips, then poor little Mikey got lost somewhere in the house.
Am I brown enough yet?
Even Mikey gets hungry, he wanted to stop at Wendy's in Sedona for a snack.
After a snack, Mikey had to phone home and let everyone know how marvelous the weather was in Sedona. He told everyone he had been swimming, lounging by the pool and just had a snack.
After a long day enjoying Sedona, Mikey is beat and ready to go home. He's strapped into his seatbelt for safety and is going to nap in the car.
I thought about putting pictures from all our trips together into a children's book about Mikey's adventures. I wasn't sure if using him would infringe on the Disney trademark? We got a ton of great responses from people while doing this and I have photos too where Mikey is hidden in places in the photos.
What is your honest opinion?
