Making Vinegar from the leftover FPJ

in tumbleweed •  6 years ago  (edited)

Its been about 7 days of fermenting for that tumbleweed fermented plant juice I made. This will be added at a rate of 5-10ml for foilar treatments. Namely for the beneficial enzymes and general plant properties that makes it thrive in this environment. I was careful to not squeeze or mash the liquid out. I just let whatever wanted to come out, come out.

Using the leftovers and adding 2x the amount of water as fpj 'pulled' to them I filled up a half gallon mason jar 2/3 full and will add a mother vinegar culture soon.

The FPJ is ready to use but the vinegar will take 1-3 months to finish.

Also no paper towels so im using a handy plastic lid with no seal and pretty breathable still.
