the diversity of tribes and cultures is pride for us nation of Indonesia. among these thousands of diversities remained united in one direction and the objectives summarized in bhinneka tunggal ika. the diversity is not only coloring the language and culture tribe, it turns out for the food jga, Indonesia also has thousands of recipes that become the icon of each region.
Tumpoe/apam is one of the special foods for Aceh area, tumpoe merupkan food made from flour dough and coconut milk, then after cooked grated coconut, then served as a complement to coffee and tea drinks.
the existence of tumpoe / apam as one of the typical food of Aceh today, is in critical point, many teenagers and youth of this era who no longer recognize this food as typical food area.
this is one mistake for teenage youth, who should recognize, and love tumpoe/apam as a special food as well as a symbol for Aceh.
