Open Steam
Choose Library/Tools
Download and install Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 (about 14GB) (don't run game, yet)
Download client. Choose from 2 links below and download.
Newer version of client 2.8.0.2

Older version of client 7.7.3.1

You should see TeknoMW green logo above if not, you didn't make it. In game menu, select Options / Dedicated Server / Enable Server Browser [Yes]Return to menu, then select Server List
Refresh, choose server and play! :D
