Seven strategies to sharpen intelligence

Many times it is said, "People are slaves of habits." The problem of being a slave of habit is that your thoughts are confined to a bound. As a result, your growth as a man is hampered. Think of a specific situation in which you are dealing with a situation or problem, and it becomes difficult for you to solve that problem.

But if you look at a problem from a different perspective, then you can easily solve the problem. In today's writing, I will say seven ways to think differently. The ways are:

1. Learning new things:

Learning a new topic will not give you the knowledge only, this will teach you to look at all the things around you. As a result, you will learn a problem differently and you can find all kinds of new solutions.

2. Writing Poetry:

Most of the problems are solved by our brain logic centers. However, poetry makes a mix between the logical aspects of our brain and the creative side. Write a poem about the problem you're going through.

There is no such thing that poetry has to offer a solution to that problem. The main goal of writing poetry is to bring your thoughts away from the rational side of the brain to the creative side of the brain. As a result, you can see the problem in a completely new shape. Writing poetry in this case is the main thing, if you do not feel comfortable, it will not be able to show the poem to anyone.

3. Painting:

Draw a picture of the creative part of the brain. This work also helps to see any problems in the brain rather than from the rational side of the brain. Also, raising the level of our thinking increases the likelihood of a problem.

4. Read New Kinds of Novels:

Reading books is one of the best ways to enrich our thinking. But it is easy to get bound in a certain boundaries. You have to read a book, which you usually do not read. If you like scientific fiction, read a mystery story.

Not only the story of the novel, but also look at what kinds of problems the author has to deal with. For example, look at how the author of fairy tales draws you to the story by overcoming the mistrust of your magic. Compare those problems with the problems of your own life.

5. Thinking from the beginning:

If we act like this, there is a change in the concept of the traditional causality of our brain. Let's justify the example - for example, think about a goal, and think about what steps you need to take beforehand.

6. Getting advice from a child:

That's what babies are afraid of them, so they say. They do not lend any customs to society. Such thoughts are often helpful for our thinking. Ask a child that they tried to think of how the kids saw the problem if they did not have a problem or a child around them.

Pollock welcomed the mistakes during his work

There is no such thing as what the child says. However, it is possible to change the traditional method of thinking about your thoughts after listening to it.

7. Working randomly:

When Jackson Pollock draws, he works randomly with his will. Pollock welcomed the mistakes during his work and used them as part of his work. Likewise, if you work randomly in your life, then you can do something new beyond the traditional trend of your daily life.

Try to expand your thinking from today to solve various problems of life!
