The siege continues, but at least negotiations are going on. Some children and women are leaving, but the others stay. Through a bugged milk crate, the Davidians lose good faith build up by drinking milk made for children.
The negotiator still insists that negotiation is the key; he even tries to sow dissent. But Davidians see through his game. So the more radical ones cut off electricity at the compound.
