The finale season of Game of Thrones still haven't arrive and HBO is already thinking about their future. Which will including more Game of Thrones in the form of prequels. We already know that the new prequel The Long Night has cast Naomi Watts in a lead role, hopefully she will not end her life like Game of Thrones's previous star, Sean Bean. As the pilot is almost ready to begin filming we got some new casting announcements. It was announced that eight upcoming actors will join the show. First here is an image of all of them:
The actors are: Naomi Ackie ( Star Wars: Episode IX, Denise Gough ( Guerrilla), Jamie Campbell Bower ( The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones,, Twilight series. I actually dislike him as an actor so far), Sheila Atim ( Twelfth Night), Toby Regbo ( Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindewald), Alex Sharp (To the Bone, Georgie Henley ( The Chronicles of Narnia, forever Lucy in my eyes), and Ivanno Jeremiah ( Black Mirror). These are not particularly impressive casting choice, but I don't think they are meant to be. I didn't hear of most of the cast of Game of Thrones before the show aired and now I think that they are all pretty famous. So, I have high hopes for this prequel. But, I still want the next book to come out more, which will probably not happen.
Are you excited for The Long Night? What do you think about HBO wanting to do an endless amount of prequels for Game of Thrones?
