Twitter seems to be experiencing a lot of security problems lately, and the latest reel is a serious security gap that threatens Maltese social media users. Security researcher ibrahim balek discovered a critical security gap in the social networking application to the android system that is effectively threatening the accounts of more than 17 million users. We pointed out that this loophole allows access to more than 17 million accounts but also by linking them to users' telephone Numbers by an import feature of dialling Numbers, and the security investigator suggested that this loophole concerns users from a number of countries such as Iran, Turkey, Greece, Armenia, and others, as well as senior officials. According to the blogging methods, ibrahim balik did not report directly to twitter, but twitter announced that it fixed the loophole last December 20.
