Twitter locks account if user changes name to 'Elon Musk'

To combat cryptocurrency scammers, Twitter is locking accounts that change their display name to Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk. However, the account can be unlocked by passing a CAPTCHA test, and providing a phone number to verify identity, following which the name can be used. Twitter has not revealed if similar measures are employed for other public figures' accounts.
