Why so? I was just going through the Trending topics and its all about "earn in ICO", "invest in *** coin". I know there are really good gems in Steemit, but the recommendations right now are not up to the mark.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
