Popular mobile web browser UC Browser has been removed from Google Play Store. According to the company, there are around 100 million uses in India and this is the most used mobile browser with a 50% share in the mobile browser.

We asked the UC Browser for a statement on this matter. The UC Browser has issued a stem in which the reasons have been given why it has been removed.

According to the statement, "Google Play has informed us that the UC Browser has been temporarily removed from the Play Store. This is for 7 days which has started from November 13. The reason behind this is that some settings of UC Browser are not fit according to Google's policy. We have begun immediate investigation to deal with this problem.

UC Browser Mini is available on the Google Play Store despite being removed from the Google Play Store. The company has said, 'The new version of UC Browser has been uploaded to the Google Play Developer Console and it is being evaluated right now. We will cooperate with Google Play for any kind of unknowingly difficulties'

Alibaba's subsidiary UC Browser has said in its statement, "Unless UC Browser comes to Google Play Store, users can download UC Browser Mini from the Play Store, which is the second alternative option for UC Browser.

Google has thanked the statement issued by UC Browser. The company has said that they thank Google Play for their support. Next week, UC Browser's new product package will be on Google Play. However this browser can also be installed on the company's official website.
