I'll admit it. I did a parlay bet on the underdogs tonight. I thought we were going to see 2 AND NEW's. Nothing could have been further than the truth. Tonight's UFC Co-Main Events reminded me that it is easy to overlook the good we know in search for the next best thing.

I wonder if I ever make the same mistake in the crypto world? I get excited about so many new projects, I loose track of the road map of some of my earlier investments.

Thankfully, in the crypto-sphere there doesn't have to be a winner and a loser. Undoubtedly, some of these coins will fail due to bad tech, lack of originality, a weak team, lack of community, or by simply moving to slow. But surely, ADA and ETH can coexist. Or can they?

I enjoyed watching Miocic wear down the explosive but less skillful Ngannou. It was also impressive that Francis didn't quit. He was exhausted, he could have given up his neck, but he kept his believe all the way into the depths of defeat. I have great respect for both men, but tonight the craftier fighter won the match.

I really liked Volkan's no nonsense attitude and courage. He rose to the occasion against OSP, and took the victory in a late noticed fight. He had a lot of momentum coming into this fight with those two first round knock outs. Cormier called him the JV Anthony Johnson. Cormier has been fighting with pro wrestlers on twitter. Cormier is coming off a knockout loss against Jon Jones. Cormier had loss all the momentum in his tires and seemed distracted.

Only he wasn't. He was focused. He takes his leadership role serious, and tonight he showed his team how to overcome the toughest kind of adversity. Greatness. That's all I kind say about Daniel. Daniel Cormier embodies greatness. He doesn't have a great body. He isn't cool. He doesn't get the credit of a Dominick Cruz or Kenny Florian as far as fight IQ. But in his own way, he embodies greatness. Maybe Cormier, is the underdog I should have been betting on the whole time? He wasn't an underdog in Vegas, but he's been looked over his whole career in a way. I would have loss my ass if I bet against Jones though.

So I lost some money, but maybe I learned a lesson? I don't know we will see later, but I definitely had a great time watching the fights!

What did you think of the co and main events of UFC 220?
