LAPD Helicopter comes within 100 Feet of ORB!!!

Easter day over Sylmar, CA
A highflying LAPD helicopter comes within 100 feet of an orb while investigating the object caught on tape. This event was deemed suspicious by Jay Lee when he noticed a slow flying “plane” flying by and orb. Grabbing his camera, and zooming in on the slow moving object was discovered to be a LAPD helicopter flying way above normal limits. Thinking that this might be some sort of a coincidence, as the helicopter flew in a circular path, Jay Lee decided to follow it as it slowed to a near stop. This is when the footage you were about to see takes place. There is no doubt that this helicopter was flying above normal limits because it was investigating an orb.
