Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Koliva said Thursday that he expects NATO members to send to Kiev the weapons they need, but stressed the need to do so quickly before Russia launches another major attack.

explained after a meeting with NATO Foreign Ministers in Brussels: "You will either help us now, I am talking about a matter of days, not weeks, or your assistance will come too late. Many people will die and many civilians will lose their homes and many villages will be destroyed, as this assistance will have arrived late "
