Today the Ukraine war "Rebel" Donetsk People's Republic held Dokuchaevsk has come under under fire at two different times. The first time (at 12:40 Local time) 5 homes and a large commercial truck on the Street of Pionerskaya were hit by anti tank rockets (9M120 Ataka). The second time two apartments on Lenina St. Were hit by BMP cannon fire and automatic grenade launchers. The following video and photos show the damage that was taken when the anti tank rockets were fired into the residential area that's damaged the homes and almost destroyed the truck.
The second attack just recently happened so we haven't had a chance to go investigate the location but depending on the level of danger tomorrow we may do just that.In both instances of today's attack residents accuse the Ukraine armed forces of firing on Dokuchaevsk from direction of the settlement Novotroitskoye, which it is said they do almost every day. I myself have made dozens of reports from Dokuchaevsk showing the toll that this war is taking on the civilian population and everytime all of the civilians say that the civilian areas of Dokuchaevsk are targeted by the Ukraine armed forces. The international community needs to wake up and see what's happening. They need to realise that civilians are coming under fire everyday and have been for almost the last 4 years. Some international Force needs to step in and stop this war. The question is who will that force be? For the last four years the civilian population of Donbass has been waiting and begging for Russia to step in and take control. If the president of Ukraine and the Western side of Ukraine would have their way they would like the Western government's to step in and help take control of the situation. This is a very sensitive situation, if an outside force does step in and take controll this situation may escalate further than anyone could ever imagine. May God Have Mercy on all of the civilian is it affected by this war.

The world's media ignores the daily reports from the OSCE which detail the number of ceasefire violations every day.
In Donetsk on 23-24 February OSCE obersvers recorded about 150 explosions while in Lugansk they recorded 780 explosions!
To be honest I am very pessimistic about the prospects for peace. The Neo-Cons in the Whitehouse/Pentagon clearly have not given up on their goal of destabilizing Russia. The authorisation for sending heavy weaponry, such as anti-tank weapons, is an indication of how they are thinking.
The U.S. and the EU will carry on giving money to the Kiev junta s long as it serves their cold war against Russia.
The only thing that could halt the conflict is a crash of the global economy which is coming in the next year. When the financial system comes crashing down again the Kiev junta will hopefully be overthrown by its desperate citizens who will then bring an end to the war.
Never mind the fact that the American war machine will be severely impaired by its governments gigantic debt problems which could lead to massive upheavals in the U.S. itself. The Neo-Cons do not realise that its military is paid for by unsustainable debts owed to the rest of the world. When the petro dollar system is downgraded and replaced in the East by the petro-Yuan then the U.S. war machine and its puppets in Kiev will be be greatly weakened. After all, as Lenin once said (sorry for the terrible paraphrasing) Finance is the sinews of war.
