A change of law?

Pornography is technically illegal in Ukraine with severe penalties.

The Rada is registering a draft law to change that.

I like how the lawmaker heading the initiative framed things- police waste time investigating and prosecuting people for it, even for consensual exchanges of nude photos between couples.

Likewise by nature of being illegal, it fuels corruption and criminal enterprise. And there's some hypocrisy to the state of affairs. The Ukrainian government collects taxes from OnlyFans in Ukraine and volunteer initiatives have collected donations for the armed forces by exchanging nude photos.
