ULOG#11 WHO IS SMITOP? Better "praning"than sorry

Am I just being paranoid. Or someone's really trying to hack in?

Special thanks to @arcange for being a guardian steemangel on steemit and to @jesta for having created such a wonderful stat monitoring system.

I'm always accessing steemstats.com and I am able to monitor all the transactions. It's a daily thing and to my surprise, today when I checked, I saw a color coding in transactions log that I've never seen before. I would usually see blue for comment reward... green for some other rewards but never an orange one that says transferred from savings. I never tried to transfer anything!

It says "transfer from" and it's like being transferred from me, to smitop. I got worried because the exact amount wasn't showing up and I thought it would take everything in my account---Hahaha... Well I wasn't logged in on that computer, so I clicked the green user name smitop which I thought is an existing user name just like the others, in steemstats ---- and to my surprise, it directed the screen to my account like it's a copycat profile or copycat website. Log time for that said 14 hours ago which after my computation was at 8 am and I was asleep during that time.

It even said that the transfer will get completed in 2 days, and that I have 24 hours left at that time.

I decided to change the password and read all other hack topics in steem.

Please advise if there's anything else that I need to do to stop this alledged attempt.

By the way, I searched for smitop using a totally different search engine, without logging in, and it's showing up an existing user name whom I have never encountered before.

I also noticed that there were 8 followers that were removed from my account stats.

Any thoughts beloved steemians? Would be lovely to drop yours please. Thank you!
