Education is a on going process. Learning from someone even the littlest detail makes things big difference. Suggestion and criticism when taken positively surely creates good result.
One of my customer on the past giving season taught me simple but useful tricks in tying ribbon. I have used to what I always do, the cross style one which makes the ribbon end at the middle. That was simply the basic knot. It works all the time, no ones taking attention in it before.
But that day was different. My ever helpful customer wanted to change the way I tied it. Using the two side corner tie, the brand name printed is not hidden on the knots. It looks much better.
I was fascinated the way it was quickly done. It was as simple as cross tie. I then practiced once more after she left in order for me to get use on the process. I would like to continue in this practice from now on. There are lots of videos in youtube that can answer all questions ranging from arts to almost anything so I might as well explore more into it. And actually there is one more I found, it is the four corners tie which is nice too.
So yah! that was fun as well as fulfilling.
