ULOG 3 - Recovering with Simple Exercises (part 3 of 3) - Stretches.

Hi there Steemit world,

Here I want to share just some simple stretches I do when I'm sitting on the edge of my bed each morning..

I hurt my back and it's pretty sore and tight when I wake up every day. I do these twisting exercises on each side. Hold each stretch for about 10-15 seconds..

After that stretch I do one for chest/back..

Just stick your chest out as far as you can, then do the same for the back by arching as much as you can..

Next I stand up and do a few of these..

That's it. simple, but good.
