UNTALENTED: my cooking skills(coconit milk mixed vegetables, skin beef or "balbacua", adobo with egg and Lumpia

Hello uloggers good morning. To day sharing my mothers recipies and my mother ancestral this recipies to me. So set and make sure you bullpens and sticky notes are, ready ok this is the best filipino food recipies.

"Coconut milk with mixed vegetables or we call here in philippines "ginataang gulay"

Ingredients:
2tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic
1 pc onion
1pc thumb size ginger (sliced)
1 finger chili
1/2 cups water depends on you
2 cups 2 1/2 sitaw
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 sachet magic seassoning
1/4 kg shrimp (optional)
1/2 kilo egg plant

Directions;
Saute garlic, onion, ginger, finger chili in oil wait until light golden brown. Pour water, add kalabasa, then simmer while covered for. 10- 15 minutes. Add sitaw, talong or eggplant simmer for 3 minutes. Next is pour coconut cream or milk. Bright them to a simmer. Season with magic sarap and wait to 2 minutes and serve it hot happy eaten healthy food.

Next is balbacua the most and the very popular food of filipinos. This is very delicious

Ingredients:
1 kilo skin beef meat, cut in serving sized
1/2 kilo beef bristets, cut in verving sized
150 grams raw peanuts
1 small can black salted beans
1 red onion
1 pc fresh tumeric
3 cloves star anise
2 pcs chili pepper
1 tbsp oil patis or. Fish sauce

Instructions:
Boil skin beef in sald and water 15 minutes, drain. boil again in water with tumeric, anise and onion then simmer about 3 to 4 hours until the skin tender. Add beef brisket and peanuts continue boiling over low fire, another 2 to 3 hours. When they almost tender, add chili, pepper, salted black beans, and annato oil. Cook for 30, minutes to 2 hour and season patis to taste serve it hot. Enjoy delicious balbacua .

Nex is adobong baboy sweet and sour with egg this one is filipino favorite food to a home made recipies and this recipies was made from our culture.

**Ingredients: **
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp garlic minced
3 bay leaves
1 tbsp fresh black pepper(ground)
2 1/2 pounds lean pork cut into cubes
1 pounds green beans
And (optional) I put boiled egg for my decorations to my recipies.

Instructions:
Together stir the vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and leaves bay in a saucepan. Add pork (sliced) and bring to a boil high heat. Simmer until the pork tender, up to 2 hours. Stir it and reduce thr heat to medium low cover the pan. Next the green beans add them last hour of cooking and wait until 3minutes and serve it hot happy luch time guys..hope you enjoy reading my skills of cooking and last but not the least.

Lumpiang gulay (vegetable roll recipe)
Lots of pinoy really love this recipies and hope this one is interesting for those who love lumpia.

Ingredients:
1 lb mung bean
6 fried extra firm tofu
2 cups shreded cabbage
1 medium onion
1 tomato (optional)
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp sea salt or asin
1/4 tbsp ground pepper
1 1/2 cooking oil
Egg roll wrapper
Instructions:
Heat 3 tbsp cooking oil. Once the oil hot saute garlic, onion. Wait tell the onion gets soft, add tomato(optional) and tufo. Fry for 3 minutes put salt ground pepper Stir. Add cabbage and cook for 4 minutes. Stir bean sprout cook for 6 minutes, after that trnasfer cooked vegetable in a plate, wiat tell cools once the vegetable cools off start wrap using egg roll warppers. Fold the side by side edges of the wrapped. After you all wrapped the vegetables heat the ramaining oil in a cooking pot. The same wait tell the oil heat. Fry one side of the egg rolls a low heat until color the wrapped golden brown. After it cooked remove and put in a plate lined with paper towel, and serve with spiced vinegar.
