ulog 12: Take a step at a time

One of the many starters of the day is to get my water kettle filled up in the morning.

It is true that our modern society has made us always in stress and high anxiety even at the start of the day when we quickly finished our breakfast to head for work.

We can remember to fill our kettle with water daily but not many of us remember to fill our minds and hearts with positive thoughts to start the day right.

In our mass transport train stations, they have installed charging points a couple of months again.

I see these charging points around but I seldom see anyone willing to take the time to stand at the charging point and patiently wait for their phones to be charged.

Very often, we go on with our daily routine with low energy as the deadlines do not wait for us. We often do not get ourselves recharged to ensure we can continue our journey of life effectively.

Perhaps it is time to recharge to start each day right.

Taking time off is gaining time for your future. Imagine with a phone that is totally drained is as good as not having a phone.

Take time to breath and notice the things that you may not take note with a step at a time to slow down your momentum.

Look for information point that engage you with enrichment of your mind.

Which direction you decide to take can be a great decision you need to make.

Before we enter onto our train to journey to our next destination.

Take a step at a time.
