#Ulog 9 II Passing my day at my office.

After being freshen up at morning I Went to office.

Passed extremely busy day at office.

It is my as usual day that I pass.

I had to do some jobs in office. I will be describing some of them.

Production target from June'18 to November'18 was given. As a new task assigned for me I was to give target for December’2018.

Setting target of production was needed to be based upon some of the points like,
• Sales of the previous year of December’2016, 2017.
• The average sale of the year 2017 and 2018.
• The current target setup.
• Some of the target was needed to setup on assumption like products growth (negative or positive).
• Other factors.
I was setting up production target of December’2018 upon these things.

Almost whole day passed away doing this.

After completing the target I took it to my boss.

I was doing well for all products. But two of the products my boss told me to correct. He told that, the products those are not growing much or the avg sale is not much what will you do with the extra products? It may become tough to finish up selling those products. So, He told me to set down a low target of production of those two products.

After completing the target,
• I signed on it.
• Took my Boss’s sign.
• Scanned it.
• Mailed to Production Manager Sir.
• And send a hard copy also.
• Later I was also sent a raw file of the list of production target to Plant Manager Sir through mail.

After being finished up setting target then I was doing other jobs and as a Product Executive, product related jobs.

After Office I came back home.

And as I had to take classes for Dhaka B team of my company I was doing study to get prepared.
