I bought some calamansi in the market. Half of it will be used for making sauce, and the other half will be used for making juice.
It's time to eat dinner when I arrived to home, so I prepared a sauce(chili+soy sauce + calamansi)which will be perfect for "Lechon kawali" that I bought from the "carinderia". It's delicious!
While eating I turned on the dispenser, so that I will have a hot water when I finished my dinner.
I immediately prepared the calamansi after I finished my dinner. I sliced and squeezed ten calamansi to extract the juice from it.
Then I added the hot water. I forgot to remove the seeds, so it took me so long to remove those "millions of seeds" from the juice.
It was too sour that's why I decided to add one tablespoon of sugar. I'm glad that it improved the taste of the juice.
I enjoyed drinking my calamansi juice. It's perfect while watching some teleserye.
