I cooked fried fish and eggplant last night for our dinner paired with Pakistani mango with I personally love. With the 7 fishes that I fried they were 4 pcs left which I cooked just this morning sarciado. Sarciado is a fried fish simmered in a sauce like tomatoes and onions but I love putting scrambled eggs on top too. This is one way of my saving tips for the left overs.
Cooking sarciado is very easy. Just saute the garlic, onion and tomato then put the fried fish, let boil about a minute then put 1 cup of water, bring to boil again, and add the 2 scrambled eggs. I have spring onions left 2 days ago so I just topped it with it.
We don’t have work for today so we didn’t wake our son. We enjoyed our breakfast while our son is still in the lalala land. Haha!
