Pretty cool your Mufin recipe. At the time I read about it, I remembered a fair of natural/vegan products that exist here near where I live.
It happens every Friday. There, sells mufin like yours, though, he's a low carb muffin, you know? It is yummy, soft and yummy, even though it has no sugar in its composition. I tried the banana muffin (do not know how to speak right, I think a muffin) and it is very yummy. Do you like this kind of food??

Yes, banana bread muffins were something I made often but it's been a while since I made them. These carrot ones are my favorite lately. I also tried making vegan muffins with hazelnuts and plum jam - so good.

They are so good - yummy and soft. I had one yesterday and one today. My niece ate 3 yesterday, haha! They are all gone now. Definitely recommend them!
