ULOG #2 : An early Fitness Routine.

The body achieves what the mind believes

After I finished my studies, I noticed that Iam gaining weight. I was about a 49 kgs when I graduated and Its a good thing that Iam gaining weight. You know going college is a bit tough you need to put down some resources to survive, including food.

this is me before the day I graduated. So slim and thin haha.

This is me today, a big change isnt it?

There was a slight change of physique as I get bigger, I noticed that my metabolism is going slower and I dont want to get bigger because the bigger you weight the lesser things you can do.

So we hit the road and started a new fitness routine. We are starting running for fitness for the fitter you are the healthier you can be.

Time to hit the streets going to the Peoples Park here in Davao City.

And here we are joining the crowd as they aim also the road to healthiness .

I know that the road to fitness is far enough, but i wont falter or fall. I want to achieve a healthy lifestyle because :

Health is Wealth! :)
