We're doing SteemCampUK next weekend and people keep asking me what an unconference is and how it works. I'm a bit crap at explaining because I've been immersed in the culture for so long and I forget that to some most people it's still a completely novel idea.
This is a little film made about a larger version of what we're going to do in Leicester, but the principles are the same. Smart people deciding on their own agenda and talking to other smart people about something they're interested in.
I hope this helps somewhat, but to really find out, you'll just have to show up :)
It does mean you don't know what will be discussed, but then everyone can bring along their own topic. Should be fun
