Just learned this : The Unesco gave away tablets to 150 villages in Africa (Tanzania) so that kids learn to educate themselves via apps instead of highly centralized schemes with schools, teachers and everything.
Its not like it took them 7 decades to figure out that decentralized solutions usually works better and cheaper, without help (especially not from a private entity, right!??).
