Going with the flow

I wrote this for myself but it can be read by anyone...

Life happens the way it does and you can only do what you can do. Some days things flow and everything comes easy with little effort and other days it’s all slow, even if you work hard.

Sometimes we have to go in search of a smile and sometimes we have to avoid the too loud. When a gift comes out of the blue it makes us feel good and sadness comes from loss.

To let go in a heavenly way and see it all as life unfolding is the best way to be. When the opposite happens to what you want and you’re attached to it then you will feel upset and not in harmony; but it is easy to say these kinds of things on a full belly.

Did I tell you about the one that got away? It must have been four foot long and big and fat and juicy; my mouth was watering thinking about it and I think that’s why it got away because I wasn’t thinking about what I was doing and not going with the flow.
