This is my first post and i will share my toughs over this space.
Lately i am doing something called intermittent fasting.
What is this?
When you stop eating for determined period of time you are fasting.
The beauty is that you can control always the time and interval in which you do that! You make the rules.
I love everything that inspires the soul.
Music. Pictures. Movies. Art. Lyrics. Movement.
I don't know how to format a cool first post and write better but i will try always better next time.
