Have a blessed Monday with you, I just wanna share my very own meat ball recipe,, this is combination of meat, tofu and veggies so it’s very health
Here are the ingredients
For the meatballs
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- Half spoon of salt
- 1 cup of bread cramps
- 150g/5oz onion with leaves, finely chopped
- 2 pcs of green chilli
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed.
- 1/2 kilo pork,beef, chicken or fish
- 1 pc freshly chopped carrot
- 3 spoons of parsley mince it
- 2 free-range egg, beaten.
- 1/2 kilo of tofu
Just mix all the ingredients together then form it to circle like this

Then fry it until it turns to a golden brown
It’s juicy inside and crunchy outside so it’s yum yum
