When all else fails, go untitled. Is it just me or do challenges with topics feel like homework? That is why I never try those even though they give me a topic to write about.
Even at school I never did homework, if you passed the test then why would it be an issue. I am much more of a general knowledge person as I have said before. I know generally very little about anything but that generally gets me along well enough.
Well enough really is not to be scoffed at, there are many people who are well off but they sure as hell aren't well enough.
On Whaleshares and I guess you could post it here there is a ,99 word challenge and the word for today is Minutia.
Which sounds cool but is also a reminder of how I can get very stuck on the details of things, as in previous posts I have mentioned my tendency for procrastination. Honestly, it has gotten better but it is a blanket statement which does not account for the minutia of things.
Having these platforms and reading things like having to engage and even dolling out that advice a person gets trapped into thinking that this has inherent value.
A person still needs to gauge their engagement, that is difficult. On steem, for the most part, it is almost not required and seemingly on many of these platforms it is just etiquette.
Not that I am sitting on a horse now, I am very much in my chair and merely considering my own actions in regards to "community".
"Community" is an integral part of the trap and whether this is good or bad makes no difference since it is required.
I do think more should look outside instead of in, and see how the value of what we do here translates and can be extended.
If the Steem chain goes poof it really is no big deal because there are other chains and there are forks and for almost everyone on here that will be a truth.
I am not offering solutions and I am not searching for an answer instead I am just writing my thoughts as they come for another milking.
