1 Do not leave home without eating anything in any situation.
2 Do not get out of the open body, wear a cap, keep the ears covered and the sunglasses on your eyes
3 Do not go to sunlight or heat immediately after leaving AC.
4 Drink more and more water. By which sweating can set body temperature regularly and there is no water shortage in the body.
5 Eat onions and keep it together.
6 Seasonal fruits, fruit juice, curd, mithha, cumin buttermilk, jaljira, lassi, mango drink or eat mango chutney in more heat.
7 Eat light and quick-digested food.
8 Wear soft, soft cotton cloth, so that the air and cloth absorb the sweat of the body.
9 Stay away from fried or spicy things, it can spoil your stomach.
- Apart from all these, keep using glucose as per the requirement from time to time and do not use your energy unnecessary.
