This Isn't Trash

This is miy new chest of sorts. It wouldnt go with everyobe's style... but it does with mine. That is quite easy to do when you have the tastes of Pier 1 Imports meets High School lockers. Throw in some pagan store discount finds and a bit of hot topic meets thrift store and you're good.

We happened to find this on the way uome from picking my youngest up from school. While driving in an alley, I stopped immediately.

Is that the Dude on there?

Indeed, it is.

Well, we were driving in. A bug and it was too big to fit in the car, so Brian saved the day and carried it most if the way home. MY HERO!

More than just trash...

With furniture being the least recycled household good and according to the EPA, a contributing factor to the non recycled land fill overflow due to containing over half of the non recycled component, I always feel like Im doing some good rescuing old furniture.

Normally I would refurbish but for now I think I love this piece as it is found. Well... I may add to it.
