Its been almost 4th week on operation and upex is growing rapidly
@upex is now sitting at 1,855,150 SP and growing every day

At the current rate upex can take new delegation of 92K SP
if anyone has SP but has delegated less than 92K will not get 100% upvote and who ever delegated more than that gets' liquid payments
