My first nice treasure hit standard hunting in Manhattan!

I just recently dropped about $1,000 USD and a bunch of UPX too in order to build out a standard hunting web in Manhattan.

Manhattan is so expensive it's ridiculous but while I only have 41x properties there I can still successfully standard hunt on an average of 1-2 paid sends. Usually 2 at this point. Every now and then maybe more than that if it ends up in a difficult spot but the fact that I can still standard hunt in Manhattan is pretty insane.

Growth continuing to inspire me to be better at this game and earn more!
