Unlike most of the other players in Upland, I made a decision not to participate in the Tokyo launch, mainly because I was 100% focused on continuing my cash out plan from Upland.
With that said, I have been saving up a small amount of earnings waiting for the collection reveal to happen because when it did all of the properties that people didn't get collection hits on would start to hit the market at lower markups.
I managed to scoop up my first two Tokyo properties at pretty low markups around 113% and 119% inclusive of the 5% upland fees so I was happy with those for my first two buys in another Tier 1 city!
