I don't really know what came over me, call it an addiction maybe, but there was a player selling off all of his San Francisco properties around mint prices for USD for San Francisco which is one of the most highly saught after cities and I just couldn't let them sit there for someone else to buy.
I dropped a ridiculous amount of money on these and now I'm left in a position where I know either have to work hard to make it up with earnings or I need to sell some assets from either Splinterlands or Upland to cover some of the costs but it was worth it to get into this treasure hunting gold mine of a city.
