Don't you use 10 upvotes every day?

To keep votepower up you should not vote more than about 10 times a day ( I read somehere) .

But if do not vote you loose easy earnings.

So - do you use all your votes? How? Why not?

I want to learn more about how to use votes good. And I do not want to put all my votes at bots. Maybe some but not all.

Authors get paid when people like you upvote their post.

Ten 100% upvotes. Or a hundred 10% upvotes. Or any other combination of vote-scale and the number of upvotes.

Thats true.
But if I give 2% = 0.001 that will not count?
I have read somewhere that to small votes do not give something to the reciever?

Correct. Unless you’re using @dustsweeper – then it will solve this problem for you.

I forget that. I have dustsweeper. But I thougt it was only votes TO me that dustsweeper helped me with. If I vote 0,001 to someone without dustsweeper - He will get zero. Right?

No, it’s for the upvotes that you give, not receive.

Well, it depends on the total payout. For example, if your vote was worth $0.001 and the total author reward for the upvoted comment or post was $0.1, then the author will receive the payout, even if the individual upvotes the contributed to the reward were tiny. If the total reward was only $0.01, then the author will receive zero.

ok. I understand. thanks. I think I will vote at least 0,01 anyway. It is more kind than 0,001...

Well i use a combination of SmartSteem and sell a small percentage of my vote, if its above 98% and then i follow some curation trails to allocate some of my unused votes

As pointed out by others you can do Ten 100 % upvotes a day or any combination that adds up to Ten 100 % upvotes a day. Keep in mind that if you are upvoting comments that nothing gets paid out that is under the $0.02 threshold. What I suggest is instead of upvoting someones comment.. go to their blog and upvote a blog post instead. Doing this will make sure the author gets the rewards you intended to give them as long as their blog post payout reaches $0.02 or more.

Thank you. So the limit is 0.02. I will keep that in my mind.
I am trying a lot of ways. I like changing votes best just now.
