Okay I have been thinking of ways to improve some voting mechanics and here are some of my thoughts.
Max pending bids per author = 4
I am removing upvotes for comments
I am changing the bonus for 500sp delegation... now instead of double max upvote, you will recieve a higher upvote. I will be playing around with the % but it should be a 15% higher upvote value (this is confusing so dont even get caught up in the % because it is not 15% added onto the vote. it is the value of the normal vote given / then takes 15% of that vote and adds that on. So if the vote going out is 30%. it wont be 45%, it will be around 35% these are just off the top of my head , but just trying to show the 30+ (30 * 15%) not 30 + 15
the key issues im trying to patch up here is our que filling more then we can upvote, dispite it only being like 6 people. This way will give us a target of around 40 votes a day instead of 20~

I have all my steemegg staked. The posts that I upvote and that have the tag #steemegg are not receiving a small fraction of the token, like all the other tokens. Why is this happening?

hello Because the way they do it is like ass backwards, they make you use another bot to control that, instead of letting you do it from the token page as admin.
I currently do the payouts manually. the tokens automatically payout the next day and every day ever that
if you check you payouts you will notice you get paid daily a little bit more each day
the calculation i use to pay out takes your daily holdings of tokens and factors that into the payout -
you will also notice friday saturday and sunday you get more payout-> this is an added bonus from the curation from an event all said and done you delegated the exact same ammount as someone else who chose steem on the same day. so compare your total payouts to his to see the difference

Are you telling us that only 6 people are generating these 40 upvotes that are your daily target? That is an average of almost 7 upvotes. Nobody posts 7 times a day. That means that they are upvoting other people's posts. Can't you simply not upvote when it is not their own posts?

No sorry for any confusion. We have a steady core group of users here. but we lose people every month so Im just trying to get it so we have the ability to vote as many votes come in... The GOAL is like the finish line of this what I want the BEST CASE SCENARIO to be.
We want to always wear shoes that are one size bigger. that way we have room to grow into them, then we get new shoes.
My goal is to be able to have 40/50 votes a day as our maximum ability. So at times we are sitting there waiting that way if you want to send a vote through, it can instantly upvote it. and be start taking that 15 minuites to get the next vote ready
Think of it this way... At the most simple form... i dont want to be voting on the posts that come in tuesday on a thursday.. I want votes to go out as they come in.
What im saying is IFFFFFF we have a crazy day, it doesnt choke out the bot for the next few days. I can vote through the line and not have to worry about the day long recharges.

I would suggest abolishing the 1 STEEM bids at this time.
It was a nice bonus, but not necessary for me.
I will voluntarily do without it.

I'm sure you have thought of this but how about a subscriptions service? Delegate for one vote per day, different levels too for instance
100sp 25% vote
300sp 40% vote
500sp 55% vote
1000sp 100% vote
Again the numbers in my example are meaningless, just to illustrate the levels.
If someone has no sp to delegate they can buy in monthly so same levels as above available but paid monthly with liquid STEEM. I don't know what the prices for level would be but I am sure there is a calculation to find the right price so the vote is profitable and also you get enough STEEM to buy leases to keep shit going.

Hey @thejollyroger I have actually ran one of these bots a while back... @delegationvoter... Long story short lol I think i went for 3 months and then i started getting heavy downvoted. I dont know if anyone actually ever delegated lol.
The new system in place I think is going to be the most fair as it simply adds a bigger vote on if you delegate.
Also -> in the future I am going to add a scale similar to above, where different levels of delegation will give different additional upvote.
Also it I have thought about many types of addon services -> for instance using upvotebank at times to try to get some additional upvotes in when we are slow, however i decided against it becasue then it turns into I vote on peoples posts, and then a few days later they send in bids for that post but i alredy upvooted it and now it starts to get confusing hehe.

id Like to try to add on a type of sell your vote like mb used to do where Lets say someone sends in 5 steem. I give them 2 steem worth of an upvote. then the remaining 3 steem i use to buy votes from people who have signed up to be part of our voterpool.
aka imagine theres a list of posts that you can upvote on our site... You see one that has a budget of 10 steem. u upvote it and it pays you based on how much of an upvote you gave it.
this is alot further down the line but just one idea i have for the future.
