A few years earlier, a cousin had told me how the private plane companies were marketing on old planes and what not.
These companies market on the fact that it's hard to manage a ticket on Biman and other good carriers. They also market on the fact that Biman has terrible scheduling issues.
Now, why Biman has scheduling issues even during sunny summer days is a separate issue. But the fact that private carriers almost always avoid explaining to their passengers the causes behind a delay, or depart and land even in scenarios where they shouldn't
If your entire sales pitch is focused on the failure of other companies, then you are not providing a good product, just one that lacks the inconsistencies of your competitors.
