Former cop on Trump's "let's get tough" speech to police

A former Baltimore police officer presents a much needed rebuke to Trump's call for police to mistreat suspects. And a much needed reminder - a suspect is not a convicted criminal - at least, not yet - and even if they were, mistreating them is illegal, counterproductive and overall just dumb.
