Thomas Sowell on the "war on poverty" and the legacy of slavery

And he clearly believes that the "war on poverty" is more damaging to the Black community than the legacy of slavery. It is shocking, on some level - but from the logical perspective Sowell is making a lot of sense. In fact, he is most likely right.
