I have not seen one single post in support of Joe Biden in the 14 days since a post not made by him was put on X saying he was dropping out of the race for president, followed a half hour later by another shady post endorsing Kamala, even though Joe Biden had over 12 million caucus and primary votes and Kamala had zero.
Can you imagine a scenario where Trump drops out tomorrow and NO ONE says they want him to stay in the race for president?
You know that tens of millions of Americans would beg him to stay in the race.
You know that the US and global press would not let J. D. Vance get away with ZERO INTERVIEWS without remarking on this.
You also know that the Left would cry about how undemocratic anyone running but Trump was, because Trump got those votes and no one else.
The main talking point for the anti-Trump crowd, which polls show makes up at least half of the “support”for coup d’etat beneficiary Kamala Harris, is that Trump will harm democracy.
There’s no scenario where democracy is harmed more than by a coup in which a president who won all the votes needed to receive his party’s nomination is blackmailed into dropping out by threat to use the 25th amendment…and the person who didn’t use the 25th as intended becomes the nominee with zero votes and the de-powered, de-legitimized president is left in office.
US Democrats have destroyed democratic process and shown zero loyalty to the president. This shows me they knew he was not legitimately elected in the first place.
If he were, and they truly valued democratic process, there would be articles talking about how important it is Biden stays in the race, OR that Biden is unfit to carry out the duties of the presidency.
To say Biden is unfit to be a candidate and force his exit from the campaign but not from the office shows very undemocratic values and intentions.
