US airline Surf Air announced it now accepts payments in Bitcoin and Ethereum.
The “All-You-Can-Fly” airline accepts the cryptocurrencies as payment for its monthly membership and charter offerings.
Surf Air said this marks the first time a travel provider has successfully accepted cryptocurrency as payments.
The airline was born out of Silicon Valley and operates a number of flights within the US and Europe.
“Surf Air was built on the idea of disrupting and changing the way the world sources, purchases, and accesses air travel,” said the company.
