Might be an unpopular opinion, but I think people are getting too in the weeds on the vice presidential candidates' policy stances.

As we saw with Kelly, he's now supporting the PRO Act. I think they'll all basically match Harris' stances as VP.

I think more important things are:

  1. their home state approval
  2. how they might shape the perception of Harris
  3. their role as campaign surrogate in interviews and on the trail

Fwiw they all are good on all 3. Some better than others, but all good. So I'm not worried too much about the pick.
