Bug Report : 11 Digits Phone number Invalid

Expected behavior

In general, mobile phone number in Indonesia consists of a series of numbers between 10 -12 digits.
I hope all Indonesian people who use mobile phone with 10 or 12 digits can register steemit.

Actual behavior

When I try to register a new account for my friend, when I enter an 11 digit phone number. the phone number is invalid, I think maybe on the phone number settings in the sing up page on steemit only for the 10 digit phone number only. while the average number of mobile phone users in Indonesia more that 11 digits.

How to reproduce

Visit the sign up on steemit
Register to steemit by entering username continue by entering email next step enter phone number.
