What is this project about?

This contribution is made to gornanization/1k. If you would like to find more info - I strongly recommend reading this post first.

Details:

Three unit tests have been added. We have now lacking coverage for:

• declaring bomb action,
• calculating battle points action, and
• increasing bid value (more about increasing bid value here).

Thanks to it, coverage increased (+0.8%) to 98.52% (!). What's more, two unused helper functions have been removed: haveCardsEqualColor and toString.
